Air Traffic Safety Management Specialist

Skyguide is a leading provider of air traffic management solutions, and we are seeking an experienced professional to join our safety division team.
We offer a competitive salary range from CHF 90,000 to CHF 110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Job Description:**
In this role, you will assist in the conduct of safety activities related to change management within Skyguide. Your mission is to provide assistance in the conduct of safety activities relating to change management within Skyguide.
You will be responsible for conducting safety activities according to the Safety Assessment Processes for technical and operational changes within the Air Traffic Management System.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct safety activities according to the Safety Assessment Processes for technical and operational changes within the Air Traffic Management System.
- Facilitate hazard identification and analysis workshops and develop the safety documentation required by the Skyguide safety assessment framework and Skyguide's process model.
- Establish a practical relationship with internal and external key stakeholders (Technical department, Operations, others).
- Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders related to safety topics.
- Support the division in the production of training material and provision of training (internal and external).
- Promote and improve the safety culture in accordance with the departmental vision.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualified engineering or operational background in the Air Traffic Management industry.
- 2-5 years' experience in the Air Traffic Management such as technical or operational domain e.g. ATSEP, Service Oriented Infrastructure, Network, Air Traffic Controller, Airspace design.
- Proved work experience or comparable training in a safety management environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different contexts and stakeholders.
- Self-discipline, with the ability to set boundaries, manage your time effectively, and maintain focus on tasks without distractions.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions.
- Fluent English language skills, with good command in German and/or French.
