About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Aerodynamics Lead to join our team in Wetzikon, Switzerland.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all Engineering Flight Physics activities related to aerodynamics, loads, dynamics, performance, flight mechanics, noise, and weight & balance of helicopters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to a multi-disciplinary team to support the development of rotors, transmission, airframe structures, airframe systems, and avionics.
  • Developing and performing overall technical planning and providing airworthiness verification support.
  • Working closely with engineering leadership and other subject matter experts for the review and approval of engineering design solutions.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

  • A university degree in aerospace engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in rotorcraft flight physics domains.
  • Proficient knowledge of CS 27/29, aircraft and component flight and ground tests, aircraft qualification and certification, and aircraft in-service experience.
  • Experience in analyzing and coordinating simulation, test data-model validation activity.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of CHF 120,000 - 180,000 per year, depending on experience.
