As part of Leonardo, Kopter currently develops the AW09, a next generation single-engine helicopter that offers the largest cabin and cargo hold in its category, increased modularity and modern electronic systems. The AW09 delivers latest safety standards as well as more performance and comfort at low operating costs.
Kopter is set to become Leonardo’s Centre of Excellence for new light helicopters and an incubator of new technologies, contributing to the development of hybrid and electrical propulsion systems. Kopter’s 320 talented team members are primarily based in Switzerland, near Zurich and in Mollis (Canton of Glarus).
**Responsibilities**:
Drive the execution of the annual salary review, bonus and promotion process
Support deployment of job grading and salary ranges
Benchmark salaries and benefits
Coordinate end-to-end Training delivery e.g. invitations & participants management, ensure training agendas etc.
Your qualifications, experience
Commercial education with further HR education or University degree in related disciplines
2-3 year’s experience in HR Compensation & Benefits
Experience in Training administration an asset
Proven Excel skills
Ability to act both analytical and operational
Forward thinking mind-set
English B2 (verbal and written); German an asset
