  • Manage initiatives in analyzing, transforming, and implementing engineering processes with the PLM platform.
  • Provide PLM users with technical expertise and advice, disseminating best practices and resolving problems, including both PLM capabilities and CAD data management.
  • Exchange with key-users in order to translate needs and requirements into design specifications and high-level data or process models.
  • Elaborate and document new business processes and contribute to training the PLM user community.
  • Configure and maintain PLM tools according to the Organization's needs, processes, and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external development teams to augment systems and fill functionality gaps.
  • Play an active role in the continuous effort of improving both the services and tools provided.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field of mechanical, electrical, or computing engineering or a related field.
  • Professional experience in using and configuring one or more PLM tools (Aras, Windchill, Enovia, etc.).
  • Experience in managing software- and/or process transformation projects in an engineering environment.
  • Proven experience in definition, documentation, and management of requirements and processes.

Desirable Skills:

  • Professional experience working with one or several CAD tools (CATIA, Creo, NX, etc).
  • Practical experience of Digital Twins.
  • Business Intelligence / Database Querying (SQL) / Reporting.
  • Working with Scripting language.

Technical Competencies:
