Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the product backlog, working closely with stakeholders to gather and challenge requirements.
- Collaborate with agile teams to define user stories, features, and ensure proper alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize strong product ownership experience to drive effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Support and act as a change agent in the organization's agile-at-scale transformation journey, leveraging prior experience to guide teams through transition.
- Manage and oversee ERP-related products with a focus on PeopleSoft (Finance) and JD Edwards (Logistics), ensuring that solutions meet business needs and expectations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally with a proven track record in Finance and Logistics ERP systems.
- Certified SAFE Product Owner/Agile Practitioner is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in prioritization, backlog management, and a proven ability to challenge and balance competing requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly PeopleSoft (Finance) and JD Edwards (Logistics), is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and contribute to the company's agile transformation as a change agent.
