About the RoleThe IP Leader for Global Technology Services will be responsible for developing and implementing patent innovation strategies across our different business units.
- Develop and implement patent innovation strategies aligned with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with international R&D teams to understand their innovation goals and objectives.
- Lead and facilitate patent committee meetings to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and processes.
- Coach and mentor inventors throughout the patent application process.
You should have at least 7 years of experience in patent and intellectual property management.
A strong background in technical and innovative sectors, ideally in the technology environment, such as hardware, is also essential.
Language ProficiencyFluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is considered an asset.
