Senior Commercial Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working from our head office in Switzerland and covering clients across the DACH region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue and design wins in the DACH Region.
Main Responsibilities:- To develop and execute sales strategies for the territory in alignment with company objectives to achieve growth & revenue targets
- To identify and develop new customers, market segments and opportunities in the DACH Region
- To engage with eco-system partners to bring to the market complete solutions focusing on our client's chips
- To analyze and understand the competitive landscape and work together with the BUs to adjust the positioning, strategy, as well as future product development
- To provide support to customers from design phase through mass production
- To establish and maintain key customer relationships at all levels, including Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Management
- To drive C-level interaction between customers / eco-system partners
- To lead the commercial negotiations and drive the execution of development contracts with the different internal and external stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality and logistics)
- To travel as needed for customer engagement and business development
- Proven track record of success in selling connectivity and RFID solutions – BLE, Wireless, RFID, NFC, IoT and Sensor applications
- Strong business development skills, with experience in green field opportunity identification, qualification and design in
- Excellent network within the territory, with particular focus on Germany
- Deep understanding of RFID industry eco-system and ability to engage with its main stakeholders for driving business
- Ability to penetrate accounts at all levels, including engineering, business management, and purchasing
- Strong relationship building skills, with ability to identify key stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, with ability to articulate our client's value proposition in a crisp and concise manner, adapted to the target audience
- Excellent listening skills, with good understanding of customer organizational dynamics
- Ability to sell technical solutions of proprietary & complex solutions at the architecture & concept stages
- Confidence in interacting with C-level and Engineering level stakeholders
- Understanding of eco-system sales and engagement with relevant partners
- Ability to operate autonomously and take initiative, with minimal guidance and supervision
- Minimum 10 years of experience in selling technology in the electronics/semiconductor space
- Background with ASICs, mixed signal IC's, BLE, Sensors, NFC, RFID, and wireless is a must
- Education: Minimum BSEE or equivalent
- Language skills: German and English are mandatory, French is a plus
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player, professional attitude & work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and detail-oriented
