About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at IMTF Group. As a leading global software product company, we specialize in Compliance and Automation solutions, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Fraud. Our cutting-edge RegTech solutions aim to automate manual processes using Machine Learning and Data Science, ensuring our clients have the most efficient and effective compliance solutions in the market.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by showcasing the value and capabilities of our products to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations to meet their specific needs. Your technical expertise and strong presentation skills will enable you to conduct compelling technical presentations and demonstrations for potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for potential customers, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and propose customized solutions.
  • Assist in the development of technical proposals and respond to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Lead the design and execution of proof of concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our solutions.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team during the sales process, including answering technical queries and addressing concerns.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on the technical aspects of our products and create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market requirements, and ensure demo environments are up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and translate them into tailored product demonstrations and solutions.
  • Knowledge of the Compliance and RegTech industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
  • German native speaker, proficient in English language.
