The Role

We are seeking a Financial Assistant to join our dynamic team in Morges. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing automated AP system and NON PO List
  • Handling manual invoices and monthly journal entries
  • Managing balance sheet reconciliation and monthly closing
  • Conducting regular reporting and calculating fees and rebates
  • Checking and approving travel expenses in Concur
  • Assisting in internal and external audit processes

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CFC d'employé(e) de commerce qualification
  • Several years of experience in multinational accounting
  • Proficient in PC operations with strong ERP system skills, with mandatory SAP experience
  • Fluent in French and English
  • A motivated, autonomous, and customer-oriented attitude
