Business Analyst - Contractor Position

Debiopharm, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join its dynamic IT team. This contractor role will focus on supporting project teams by analyzing business needs and developing functional requirements and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, or Biotech companies. They will be responsible for:

  • Documenting business needs and translating them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Collaborating with IT and Quality teams to ensure system solutions meet both operational and compliance standards.
  • Facilitating project activities, including coordination, updates, meeting documentation, and progress tracking.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company IT strategies, and procedural documents throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Developing comprehensive CSV documentation to uphold quality standards.
  • Providing training and creating user manuals to ensure smooth system adoption.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project) is expected, and experience with Veeva CTMS platform is a plus. Fluency in English is required.

This mid-senior level, temporary position as an Analyst in the Non-profit Organizations and Primary and Secondary Education industries offers the possibility to work from home with regular visits to the office. The successful candidate will be based at Debiopharm's Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. Prior approval is required for using external staffing agencies or recruiters.
