Mid-Senior Level IT Business Analyst - Contractor

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our IT team at Debiopharm, a pioneering biopharmaceutical company focused on cancer and infectious diseases research. This contractor role offers the opportunity to participate in cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of innovative medicines.

The selected candidate will provide critical support to project teams, leveraging their expertise to document business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Bridge Business & IT: Understand and document business requirements to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Technological Problem-Solving: Collaborate with IT and Quality teams to develop effective technical solutions that meet both operational and compliance standards.
  • Support Project Management: Facilitate project activities, including coordination, updates, meeting documentation, and progress tracking.
  • Ensure Compliance: Champion adherence to regulatory requirements, company IT strategies, and procedural documents throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive Documentation Excellence: Develop comprehensive CSV documentation to uphold quality standards.
  • Empower Users: Provide training and create user manuals to ensure smooth system adoption.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, or Biotech companies. Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project) is expected, and experience with Veeva CTMS platform is a plus.
