About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team at Vontobel Holding AG. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust data pipelines using ETL/ELT processes and cloud technologies.
  • Develop and maintain data models to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into business applications.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot data platforms to ensure high performance and reliability.
Requirements
  • University degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in SQL and Python, with experience in dbt and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Experience in data modeling techniques, such as Inmon, Kimball, or Data Vault 2.0.
