Job Title: Team Lead Project Management Experience

This role sits within our Zurich-based Experience & Engineering business unit, where we deliver a wide range of services, from strategy and performance-driven full-funnel approaches to campaigning, e-commerce, data & analytics, and content. Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Team Lead for our Project Management team in Zurich, who will be a valuable sparring partner, authentic leader, and competent project manager. Your moments of success will be our inspiration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for a team of project managers supporting our customers in maintaining their websites and online shops, as well as bigger relaunch projects.
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, including professional development, training, and performance management.
  • Staff planning and development, considering individual workload and knowledge levels.
  • Independent planning, coordination, and execution of complex e-commerce projects and experience platforms, ensuring timely milestone completion.
  • Deep understanding of customers' businesses, requirements, and expectations, with content familiarity on specific topics and challenges.
  • Stakeholder communication, including steering committees, management meetings, internal reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Conducting initial meetings with potential new customers, including project-specific proposal preparation and project controlling.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience in leading a team or individuals, ideally in a company with >50 employees.
  • Willingness to take responsibility as a team lead, actively accompanying your team and projects, and supporting as an escalation level in customer projects.
  • Someone who works independently, autonomously, in a structured and organized manner, characterized by a high sense of quality and a great sense of responsibility.
  • Solid experience in project management in agile and classic waterfall projects, and/or consulting customers in a corporate environment and/or online or e-commerce projects.
  • Someone who is strong in the development/optimization of project and maintenance processes (agile and waterfall).
  • Broad expertise in e-commerce topics and a high affinity for new technology trends.
  • Working proficiency in both German and English (C1).
  • Direct availability to start working in Switzerland.
