Das Unternehmen Stadt Luzern hat ein neues Theaterprojekt «überall» in der Planung. Als Projektmanagerin ist die Stelleninhabende verantwortlich für die Gesamtkoordination, einschließlich Umzonungsverfahren. Sie koordiniert die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Bauherrenvertretung und Architekturteam sowie die politischen Prozesse innerhalb der Stadtverwaltung.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Sie übernehmen die Schnittstelle im Planungsprozess zwischen Bauherrenvertretung, Architekt*innen und Fachplaner*innen sowie den künftigen Nutzenden.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination von städtischen Projekten innerhalb der Stadtverwaltung.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie sind eine vernetzt denkende Person mit sehr guten Management- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
  • Sie bringen Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in interdisziplinären Planungsprozessen, Arealentwicklungen, im Baumanagement sowie in der Kommunikation mit entsprechender Ausbildung auf Masterstufe mit.
