Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
  • Strong knowledge in rare diseases
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a multicultural team
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and an interest in digital tools (experience with Veeva is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native) and English
  • Possession of a passion for making a positive impact on patients' lives and alignment with the company's core values
