**What You'll Do:
- adapt and implement the EU and regional strategy for epilepsy and rare diseases in alignment with local leadership
- develop tailored marketing solutions across various channels
- manage marketing campaigns using digital, print, and event platforms
- build, monitor, and track the implementation of marketing strategies using KPIs to measure their value and impact
**Requirements:
- degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- at least 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
- strong knowledge in rare diseases
**Nice to Have:
- proficiency in MS Office Suite
- interest in digital tools (experience with Veeva is a plus)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native) and English
