Lombard Odier & Cie, a renowned global wealth and asset manager, invites applications for a Digital Product Owner – CRM Innovation Leader role in its Wealth Management software development team. This position plays a vital part in driving the strategic direction of our customer relationship management (CRM) application, taking it to the next level due to its central role in Private Banking.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to develop a product vision and roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives. As the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the product team, you will ensure clear communication and address emerging needs and issues effectively.

In this capacity, you will perform market watch about potential competitors and alternatives, work proactively with third-party suppliers to drive value, establish solid relationships, and lead RFI/RFP processes when necessary. Additionally, you will foster a positive product team dynamic while maximizing ROI of product features and end-user satisfaction.

Maintenance and prioritization of the backlog are crucial aspects of this role, ensuring changes and project demands are included while guaranteeing product maintenance for stability and sustainability over the long term. You will set and communicate work priorities, updates, and issues that emerge during the development process.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing application and digital solution delivery, a Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or a relevant field, and proven experience as a product owner, project manager, or similar role demonstrating successful delivery on various scope and complexity sizes.

Agile project management certifications are desirable, along with experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Proficiency in project management software and tools is also essential. Excellent leadership abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and financial acumen are required for this position.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
