Air Traffic Management Systems Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Traffic Management Systems Lead to join our team at skyguide. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for owning and managing some of our core air traffic management systems and their backlog.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and other agile teams to maximize the product's business value. This will involve managing the team backlog, preparing features and user stories, creating documentation, and helping prioritize OPS defects.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in Scrum/SAFE ceremonies as a Product Owner.
- Definition and writing of acceptance criteria for user stories and acceptance of team stories based on such definition of done.
- Ongoing management and maintenance of the team backlog.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have an engineering degree or strong ATM background, with relevant IT knowledge. Experience in a similar position is essential, with good know-how of software engineering practices in an agile context. SAFe certification is a strong plus.
You should also be familiar with DevOps capabilities and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, and Polarion). Emotional intelligence, high collaborative and leadership skills are also required. Excellent command in English is a must, with French and/or German being an asset.
What We OfferThis full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, location in Geneva or Dübendorf, and a 100% pensum. If you are passionate about air traffic management and want to make a difference in our industry, please apply.
