We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team at Envista. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to our business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
- Design and implement financial reporting and dashboard solutions to support business leaders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business strategy.
- Provide training and support to business leaders on financial planning and analysis best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and preferably SAP Business Warehouse (or other BI system).
- Ability to drive changes in system landscape and interact with Finance and IT Management.
- Good knowledge of a Group Consolidation/Reporting tool (HFM).
- Experience in a comparable role acting as Finance Business Partner.
- Ability to translate finance expert terminology in language that Business Partner understands.
- Minimum 5 years of business experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling with exposure to Analysis.
- University degree or similar with focus on Finance.
- Preferably experience working in a regional or group headquarter.
- Leadership experience desired.
- Practical experience in business process analysis and project management desired.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Any other language skills are an asset.
