Job Title: Product Manager Services and Partnerships

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to drive global market share of our solutions, own existing product portfolio and lifecycle, and define future solutions aligned with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage existing and new portfolio from initial idea to launches, including pricing, positioning, value proposition, setup in systems, registrations, and commercialization in markets.
  • Define portfolio growth targets and KPIs, and track them together with revenue targets, proposing countermeasures to drive global market share.
  • Drive product launches with regional sales/marketing organizations worldwide.
  • Analyze performance solutions/products and help drive sales by partnering with regions.
  • Identify, interact, and build relationships with key internal/external speakers and industry experts.
  • Support global and regional events and assist countries in selected training activities.

Upstream Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to grow global market share together with regional organizations.
  • Develop long-term roadmaps of innovations, strategies, and business cases for new or improved products and services derived from customer needs, sales inputs, markets, global trends, and regional opportunities.
  • Provide input to the overall product portfolio strategy following the project funnel and prioritization process.
  • Support product development projects in close cooperation with Project Management, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs, and/or third-parties to create value, meet target deadlines, and cost targets.
  • Define the complete Marketing-Mix and T&E approach, key talking points, and content and claims for collateral in hand with supporting functions.
  • Manage the lifecycle of portfolio on a global scale.

Requirements:

  • Solid education in Marketing or Product Management.
  • BA/BSc or equivalent, Certified Dental Technician, or Master degree in business administration or engineering is a plus.

  • Good networker, able to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong, convincing, trustworthy, and highly ethical person.
  • Team player with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Work experience in an international environment.
  • Proven skills and experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in previous product management/marketing role to successfully bring new innovation to the market and manage a portfolio.
  • 5+ years of marketing/product management experience or similar.
  • Proven management and project management experience (budget/timing/leadership).
  • Experience in pharma/medical device/dentistry is a distinct advantage.
  • Willingness to travel 20%.
