Musik Hug AG is a leading music retailer in Switzerland with a rich history spanning over 200 years. With nine locations across the German- and Western Switzerland, we offer a wide range of music-related services, including sales, rentals, and repairs. As a Chief Financial Officer, you will have the opportunity to take on a unique role in our company and bring your vision to life in collaboration with our management team.

Your Responsibilities

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading all financial aspects of the company. Your tasks will include:

  • Developing and implementing our financial strategy in line with our company goals
  • Leading our finance team and collaborating closely with our CEO to drive business growth
  • Ensuring the company's financial performance is on track, including budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting
  • Improving internal financial controls and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and conducting risk analyses
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced finance professional with a degree in business administration or finance and a proven track record in a leadership finance role. You should have excellent analytical skills, be able to communicate complex financial information effectively, and have a strong leadership style. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for finance and a desire to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.
