Job Title: Sales Manager for Drone Delivery Solutions

RigiTech is a pioneering high-tech startup developing a cutting-edge, inter-city drone delivery solution. This innovative technology enables universal access to goods for communities and businesses through efficient drone-based deliveries.

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive the worldwide sale and distribution of our Drone Delivery Solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B sales, partner management, and business development, particularly within the drone and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify target markets and key customers, including drone operators and resellers.
  • Create tailored sales presentations and proposals to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and potential partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Proactively follow up on leads, send quotations, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Continuously expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote RigiTech's solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and promotional efforts with sales goals.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer feedback and market requirements.
  • Track performance against key sales metrics, including revenue targets and customer acquisition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in drone technology or healthcare markets.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  • Proactive and driven to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
