Contract Manager EMEA

CSL Behring is a global leader in developing and delivering high-quality medicines that treat people with rare and serious diseases. We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as an effective liaison to CSL Business Partners by providing legal advice and support through the contracting lifecycle.
- Deliver high-quality, efficient, and streamlined contracting support.
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate end-to-end a variety of standard agreements applicable to the region.
- Develop and maintain templates for standard agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Identify optimization opportunities to gain more efficient legal services support to the business.
- Develop and deliver training content related to standard agreements to Business Partners.
- Provide solutions-focused, high-quality, and timely legal support to Business Partners regarding a range of legal issues.
- Master of Law, preferably with Swiss or European Bar Exam.
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements in a reputable law firm or international corporate setting.
- Biotech or pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
- Strong contracts drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with internal Legal Partners, Business Partners, and external parties with tact and diplomacy.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional languages, in particular German and French, are a plus.
