We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential customers, creating new opportunities, and building strong relationships.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Promote and sell our services to potential customers through outbound calls, creating new opportunities and building strong relationships.
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer database with detailed information.
  • Expand our customer base while nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Document outbound call history and customer responses accurately.
  • Track competitors' products and services, and develop effective selling strategies for our offerings.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure follow-up to deliver exceptional service.


Requirements:


  • C1-Level French proficiency.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Previous sales experience and experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong written and verbal business communication style.
  • Goal-oriented with a comfortable working environment and achieving targets with a broader team.
  • Independent and team player with the ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting.
  • Business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models and develop effective strategies.
  • Customer-focused with a drive to provide exemplary customer experiences.


What We Offer:


  • A full-time position with 39 hours per week.
  • An attractive salary starting from €22,950 gross/year, plus up to €4,050 gross/year in performance bonuses.
  • A hybrid work model with the flexibility to work both from our Barcelona office and remotely.
