About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join our Governance and Service Management Team at Itecor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading scoping, design, development, and implementation activities across client projects to deliver world-class ServiceNow-based solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver requirements, scoping, and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented.
  • Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the implementation team.
  • Maintain a deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints.
  • Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
  • Maintain focus on client satisfaction and expectations.
  • Participate in workshops with customers to understand customer gaps and establish future solutions.
  • Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success using ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
  • Plan and coordinate all phases of testing and test acceptance; design and oversee development of testing-related work products; lead test remediation cycles.
  • Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert.

Your Skills:

  • More than 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Proven experience in consulting/professional services and technical delivery.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and on budget.
  • Strong expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, and UI Pages.
  • Deep understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
  • Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM), Service Mapping (CIS-SM), Discovery (CIS-Discovery), and Event Management (CIS-EM) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English. German is a plus.
