**About the Role**

The BoF Careers Global Operations Team is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team in Zurich. As a key member of the Operations Business Capability Management team, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and optimizing business capabilities within the global operations organization.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop a clear vision and roadmap for the demand to supply value stream, aligned with organizational goals
  • Leverage the CMM (Capability Maturity Model) as a key framework to assess the current state of the business capability and define steps for progression
  • Partner with our Technology team to implement and align technology solutions with operational needs
  • Transform the operations business capability landscape by leading process and system optimization initiatives from requirements gathering throughout implementation and stabilization
  • Act as the single point of contact for a given business capability across the organization
  • Analyze complex problems and manage their resolution within the On team as well as with external partners

**Requirements**

  • Degree or deep knowledge in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Technology, or related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of meaningful experience in working as Operations Business Capability Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Owner with a focus on Demand to Supply processes
  • Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365, and their associated planning-tech landscape
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills using Office 365
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence while bringing expertise to company projects
