Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive Junior Commercial Controller to join our dynamic European Controlling team in Kemptthal. You will work with teams to ensure financial processes are managed and provide valuable insights to help improve business performance.

Key Tasks:
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the European region.
  • Support in preparing reports, ensuring accuracy and submission.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide relevant insights on financial performance.
  • Improve controlling processes.
  • Prepare presentations for management meetings, providing financial updates and analysis.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure understanding between financial performance and business strategy.
  • Support ad hoc financial reporting requests.
You Must:
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a controlling or financial analysis role.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Have knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Be proficient in applications of MS-Office (incl. Power Pivot) and BI
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have experience with ERP systems
  • Be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Have strong communication skills
