- User Training and Support: Support and train users during solution implementation.
- Project Monitoring: Ensure compliance with deadlines and control of project costs.
- Education: Degree in computer science or equivalent discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in project management, ERP systems, and modelling tools.
- Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles and their application in information systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Rigor and Precision: Ability to produce detailed documents while ensuring quality deliverables.
- Customer Orientation and Quality of Service: Approach focused on meeting business needs and providing quality solutions.
- Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and propose innovative solutions.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
