Senior Misconduct Investigations Manager

Job Summary
Holcim seeks a seasoned professional to manage and conduct complex investigations into alleged violations of the company's Code of Conduct, laws, and other applicable policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, business, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing sensitive and high-stakes investigations internationally.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess and manage concerns reported through various channels and determine if an investigation is warranted.
- Conduct investigations of misconduct allegations posing a heightened risk to the company, working closely with regional and local case managers, HR, Legal & Compliance, Group Internal Control, and Group Security teams.
- Define and manage integrated root-cause analysis for investigations, assessing potential causes of misconduct and recommending remedial action to prevent/minimize similar future conduct.
- Support the development of case studies and best practices to raise awareness of key ethics and compliance risks.
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements
- University degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Finance, Social Sciences, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) being an advantage.
- At least 7+ years of professional experience in managing sensitive and complex investigations internationally, with knowledge of laws and regulations such as FCPA, UKBA, and Sapin II.
- Strong work ethics and unquestionable integrity, with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple cases/projects, exercising sound and independent judgment in complex and sensitive cases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data analytics skills and qualifications desired.
- Knowledge of E-Discovery tools desired.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French and/or Spanish also being an asset.
- Ability to travel internationally (50%) and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
