We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Packaging Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative packaging solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in graphic design to create compelling packaging designs that capture the essence of our brand and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to inform design decisions.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in a senior role.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
