Sales Account Representative

Job Overview:
As a Sales Account Executive at IG Group, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our clients. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales background and a passion for financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and beat quarterly targets by proactively building relationships with new clients and maximizing revenue opportunities from existing clients.
- Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet individual client needs, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
- Collaborate with the Account Opening team and Compliance to ensure seamless client onboarding and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to content creation to educate clients and optimize conversion rates.
- Proactively seek reactivation from lapsed clients and develop bespoke catch-up strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a sales role, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Fluency in German and English is compulsory.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of financial markets and a passion for growing a career in finance.
