Job Title: Experienced Scrum Master at Leica Geosystems

About the Role:

  • Mentor Scrum teams towards self-management following agile principles, driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Engage in various agile initiatives and events to foster collaboration, driving business growth and innovation.

About You:

  • Prior experience as a Scrum Master for software engineering teams within agile environments, with a proven track record of driving business success.
  • Knowledge of leading agile transformations in teams and organizations is a plus, with a strong understanding of the business implications.
  • Strong communication skills with expertise in moderation, coaching, and conflict resolution, with a focus on building trust and transparency.
  • Emphasis on trust, transparency, and setting a positive example, with a strong emphasis on personal responsibility and self-organization within Scrum Teams.
  • Enthusiastic and upbeat personality that motivates teams, with a strong focus on driving business growth and innovation.
  • Promotes personal responsibility and self-organization within Scrum Teams, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Understanding of cross-located teams with potential travel up to 5% within Europe, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, knowledge of German is beneficial, with a strong emphasis on effective communication and collaboration.
