Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in building and supporting high-performing teams, driving process improvement, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Remove impediments and ensure team velocity
- Coach teams in self-management and personal responsibility
- Participate in agile events, such as CoP, Brown Bag Session, and Agility Coffee
- Professional experience as a Scrum Master in software engineering teams
- Experience in agile transformation of teams and organizations is an advantage
- Excellent communication and moderation skills
- Ability to lead by example and promote trust and transparency
- Natural positive personality and enthusiasm for team collaboration
- Cultural understanding of cross-located teams and experience with such setups is beneficial
- Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
- Flexible annual working hours and 100% employment
