**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Unterstützung und Anleitung eines agilen Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass Scrum-Prinzipien und -Praktiken eingehalten werden.
- Organisation und Moderation von Scrum-Meetings (z. B. Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review und Sprint Retrospektive).
- Beseitigung von Hindernissen und Problemen, die das Entwicklungsteam behindern.
- Coaching und Unterstützung des Teams bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Anwendung agiler Prinzipien.
- Kommunikation mit dem Produkt Owner, um die Produktanforderungen zu verstehen und sicherzustellen, dass das Team diese versteht.
- Erleichterung der Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation im Team.
- Verfolgung von Projektmetriken und Berichterstattung an die Stakeholder.
- Förderung einer agilen Kultur und Mentalität im gesamten Unternehmen.

**Deine Skills**:

- Zertifizierung als Scrum Master (z. B. Certified ScrumMaster).
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Rolle eines Scrum Masters.
- Umfassendes Verständnis von agilen Prinzipien und Methoden.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
- Fähigkeit, Teams zu coachen und zu motivieren.
- Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Hindernisse zu beseitigen.
- Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem kooperativen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
- Verständnis der Softwareentwicklung und der agilen Produktentwicklung.
