Research and Innovation Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Research and Innovation department as a knowledge management trainee. This 6-month internship will provide an opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the development of knowledge management processes.
RESPONSABILITIESAs a knowledge management trainee, you will play a strategic role in establishing a culture of knowledge sharing within the department. Your mission will be to identify the practices best suited to the needs of the teams and to ensure that they are adopted.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting a state-of-the-art review of existing knowledge management practices
- Designing innovative tools and rituals to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration between teams
- Monitoring the adoption of rituals and tools by teams
- Promoting the tools through appropriate communication
- Documenting and reporting the results of your work
We are looking for a student in journalism, knowledge management, information science, quality engineering or a related field, with a master's level degree. You should have been trained in knowledge management or have been able to experiment it on a project during your studies.
You should possess excellent writing skills, a great ability to listen, and be persistent and autonomous. You should also be dynamic and organized, with a good level of French and a good level of English.
This internship will provide you with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, with the possibility of collaborating with colleagues from other research sectors within our department.
