Research and Innovation Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Research and Innovation department as a knowledge management trainee. This 6-month internship will provide you with the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the establishment of a culture of knowledge sharing within the department.
RESPONSABILITIESAs a knowledge management trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting a thorough review of existing knowledge management practices to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
- Designing and implementing innovative tools and rituals to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration between teams.
- Monitoring the adoption of these tools and rituals by teams and providing feedback for improvement.
- Promoting the tools through effective communication and documentation.
- Documenting and reporting the results of your work to ensure continuity and improvement.
We are looking for a student in journalism, knowledge management, information science, quality engineering, or a related field with a master's level degree. You should have a good understanding of knowledge management principles and practices, as well as excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Fluency in French is required, and a good level of English is also necessary. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to listen and communicate effectively.
Based in our R&I hub in Neuchâtel, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from other research sectors within our department. This internship will provide you with valuable experience and skills in knowledge management, innovation, and research, and will contribute to your personal and professional development.
