We are recruiting for a highly motivated and organized Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our client's finance team immediately.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent, and possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Duties:
- Check customer payments by recording cash
- Contribute to the collection process (send reminders by email, make phone calls, and collect from a third party)
- Create accurate customer statements
- Monitor the AR mailbox (respond to customer inquiries)
- Assist with closing tasks
Essential Skills:
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
