Your Role
">We are seeking a Graduate Trainee in Communication and Marketing to join our passionate team. As a member of our Communications and Marketing team, you will play a key role in positioning cinfo as a benchmark centre of expertise in international cooperation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Digital Communication: Create and publish engaging content on various platforms to highlight the vital role and impact of careers in international cooperation and promote our cinfo services.
- Website Optimisation: Contribute to the review and enhancement of website content to ensure clarity and engagement.
- Campaign Development: Work with our team to develop and implement communication and marketing campaigns.
- Promotion of cinfoPoste: Support the marketing of our flagship job portal, cinfoPoste, to attract both potential candidates and employers. Analyse user experience and provide strategy and tips for enhancement.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks and analytics to optimise workflows and improve efficiency.
Your Profile
">To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A completed or nearly completed degree (BA/MA) in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proficient in either German or French, with a good understanding of the other, and fluent in English.
- Initial experience in digital communication and social media (e.g., through internships, part-time jobs, or projects).
- Excellent organisational skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A keen interest in international cooperation and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
