About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at SonarSource. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through process optimization and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business transformation roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic business value.
- Support the execution of transformation initiatives by managing projects, improving operational frameworks, and establishing standardized approaches.
- Monitor and enforce the execution of operational frameworks, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Establish and provide training on project execution standards, ensuring consistency across teams.
- Support project qualification and submission, providing visibility to management on project status.
Business Analysis & Project Management
- Lead and coordinate projects with cross-functional teams, utilizing standardized approaches.
- Review, improve, and map business processes (RACI, Playbooks).
- Review, improve, and define organizational guidelines, policies, and FAQs.
- Support the implementation, testing, and training of business tools.
- Define and monitor hypercare activities.
Business Partnership
- Kick-off relationships with business units.
- Define business roadmaps and support their execution.
Monitoring
- Define and monitor business process metrics.
- Handover and support business process monitoring.
PMO
- Qualify and prepare project submissions.
- Submit key projects for review and approval.
- Report and consolidate on key projects portfolio.
- Close key projects.
- Define, document, and roll out business standards.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced Business Transformation Specialist with a strong background in internal process review and improvement for a fast-growing business. You will have:
8+ years of experience in business process review and improvement.Experience working in international, cross-functional, agile, and complex projects.Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.Experience in working in consulting services is a plus.Masters-level qualitative methods.Fluency in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus.Service/UX Design experience and exposure to high-growth business is a plus.Hands-on team player and strong relator.Positive attitude toward change.Why SonarSource
