Join Our Team as an Operational Excellence and Strategic Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence and Strategic Project Manager to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies in Lachen, Switzerland. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic projects that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Lead and manage large-scale projects and teams to deliver sustainable operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects that drive business value.
  • Provide coaching and training to manufacturing teams on operational excellence tools and methodologies.
  • Implement and maintain the Prestige Performance System at the site.
  • Lead end-to-end site's strategic projects autonomously by engaging with the right stakeholders, delivering pristine results on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement.
  • Proficiency in TPM Autonomous Maintenance steps 1-3 and Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
  • Proven track record of building, delivering, managing, and achieving a plan that supports business performance.
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and penchant for teamwork.
