Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Exponent. This role will involve providing regulatory and technical expertise in Biocide Regulatory Affairs, working as part of a team to develop and implement regulatory strategies for the approval of new and existing active substances.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting consultancy work in the biocides sector, including supporting products in a regulatory setting and preparing technical reports and dossiers.
  • Managing project work programmes, including budget, communication, QA, and delivery.
  • Representing clients at meetings with regulatory authorities or within industry consortia.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for EU and global regulatory authorisations.
  • Providing strategic regulatory advice.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Will have a BSc in a scientific discipline and be recognised as an expert in biocides.
  • Will have excellent project management skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to apply innovative approaches when problem-solving.
  • Will be sought out for their technical and regulatory knowledge and be able to keep up to date with developments in the field.
