We are seeking a skilled and motivated Predictive Services Manager to join our team at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd.
About the Role
As a Predictive Services Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers. You will collaborate with clients' maintenance teams to provide recommendations and support for proactive maintenance activities, ensuring that all customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Review data collected from aircraft to identify potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Follow up with customers to ensure rapid return to service and resolve any concerns they may have.
- Maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses to better serve their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency with IT tools such as Microsoft, SAP, and PowerBI.
- Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in German considered advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
