We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts in Data and AI consulting services. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing our business and delivering customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the business development management portfolio by:

  • Establishing and maintaining high-quality relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Developing and delivering proposals for new engagements.

Leading strategic consulting mandates by:

  • Assessing clients' data and AI maturity and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Leading the delivery of our projects to clients.
  • Collaborating with our consultants, data scientists, and engineers to deliver hands-on work on architecting and implementing technical solutions.
  • Presenting work to various stakeholders and top management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining a business development network for consulting services.
  • Passion for contributing to the success of an innovative consulting entity specializing in Data and AI Engineering and MLOps.
  • Talent for identifying opportunities and transforming them into concrete business opportunities.
  • Talent for building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and team members.
  • Established network in the Swiss data, ML & AI markets.
  • Knowledge of system and data architectures, platforms, and other relevant technologies.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Swiss passport or a valid EU/EFTA work permit.
