About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts and drive the growth of our Data and AI consulting services. As a Sales & Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality relationships with potential customers and partners, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and delivering strategic consulting mandates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Build and maintain a strong business development network, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationships: Foster lasting relationships with clients and team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of strategic consulting mandates, collaborating with our consultants, data, ML, and DevOps engineers to architect and implement technical solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present work to various business and tech stakeholders, including top management, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining a business development network for consulting and engineering services.
  • Passion and motivation to contribute to the success of an innovative consulting entity pioneer in Data and AI Engineering and MLOps.
  • Talent in identifying opportunities and transforming them into concrete business opportunities.
  • Established network in the Swiss data, ML & AI markets.
  • Knowledge of system and data architectures, platforms, and other relevant technologies.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Swiss passport or a valid EU/EFTA work permit.
