Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive next-generation initiatives in the telco and device industries. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior product leaders to develop forward-thinking product strategies that set industry standards.
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects designed to disrupt markets and establish new models of device ownership.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, track emerging technologies, and anticipate future trends to inform product direction.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with key partners, vendors, and industry players to maximize strategic opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring successful launches and driving innovation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within tech or telecommunications.
  • A proven track record of launching complex products with significant impact.
  • Expertise in defining and evolving product requirements with IT, engineering, UX, and application stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, drive action, and excel in high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced negotiation skills with strong commercial insight.
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication skills.
Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is CHF 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the competitive salary, you can expect above-average social benefits and attractive product advantages from Sunrise.
