CRM Support Specialist

About the Role
As a CRM Assistant at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting our CRMs in their day-to-day tasks and ensuring a high-end banking service. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, partnering with CRMs to manage overall business operations, and responding to customer inquiries via email or telephone.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management
- Partner with CRMs to manage overall day-to-day business, including client relationships and portfolio management
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Perform account openings, closings, and other documentation tasks
- Prepare client meetings and events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
- Monitor client portfolios, handle client orders in the absence of CRMs, and manage asset maturities and corporate actions
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations, including FATCA, AML, and MiFID
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship in the banking sector
- 2 years of practical experience as an Assistant in Private Banking
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with knowledge of Avaloq an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to weigh problems and set priorities
- Strong work ethics, integrity, and high level of accountability
- Organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in German and English
