Position Description

The Associate Enrollment Investment Funds will work closely with our Asset Management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain country-specific compliance lists. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar generalist function related to funds and distribution.

Responsibilities
  1. Registration of investment funds and representation of foreign investment funds in Switzerland.
  2. Analysis and evaluation of distribution processes and regulatory issues in the cross-border area.
  3. Maintenance of fund documentation and compliance lists.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Law or equivalent.
  • Generalist knowledge of fund contracts and compliance (KYC/AML, Cross Border, UCITS, etc.).
