Sécheron Hasler Group is a leading supplier of electrical and electronic safety components and solutions for the railway industry, as well as renewable energy and industrial systems.

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to lead all activities driving financial growth through boosting sales and in-depth market assessments.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a growth strategy for Electrical Safety Solutions (ESS) covering existing and new products for railway, renewable energy, and industrial applications. They will identify business opportunities, provide market insights, and support the sales team to increase their sales effectiveness.

The main responsibilities include developing product economics, carrying out market research and analysis, guiding product development and roadmap activities, and preparing business cases for individual products.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree in electrical engineering or power electronics, further education in industrial product marketing or business administration, and at least 10 years of experience as an international Business Developer in an industrial B2B environment.

They should have a proven track record introducing power products to new clients, driving key people across the organization, and excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Additionally, they should be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, think creatively, and identify and resolve problems efficiently.
