Bioconjugates Team Leader

About the Role:
In this position, you will work closely with the shift team leader to ensure the smooth operation of production in your area. You will be responsible for monitoring and implementing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the preparation, monitoring, and execution of production
- Fostering a strong safety culture within the team
- Coaching and developing employees to achieve their full potential
- Setting priorities and allocating resources to meet deadlines
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Acting as deputy to the shift team leader when needed
Your Qualifications:
- Vocational training (EFZ) or equivalent experience in bioconjugates
- Chemical or pharmaceutical technology training, GMP, and/or LBT certification advantageous
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts (4-shift operation)
- Organized and methodical approach to work, with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
