In order to support our continued growth Lonza is seeking Shift Team Leader Deputy BioConjugates IBEX (m/f/d) to join our talent community in Visp, Switzerland. In this position, together with the shift team leader, you will be responsible for the timely preparation, monitoring and execution of the production under GMP guidelines in your area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring and implementation of manufacturing processes
  2. Exemplary implementation of the Lonza safety culture
  3. Assessing, coaching and developing employees
  4. Setting priorities and allocating resources to meet deadlines
  5. Recognize, interpret and rectify faults/deviations
  6. Deputizing for the shift team leader in case of absence

Key Requirements:

  1. Completed vocational training (EFZ) and/or experience in BioConjugates
  2. Chemical or pharmaceutical technology training as well as GMP and/or LBT training is an advantage
  3. Willingness to work shifts (4-shift operation) with flexibility in work scheduling
  4. Structured, focused, and organized way of working aligned with documentation methods
  5. Assertive, independent and resilient.
